Just arrived?

Moving country is a lot. School doesn't have to be one more thing.

Rani Macedo, IB Candidate Coordinator, personally looks after families arriving from other countries. In a recent visit, the mother spoke neither English nor Portuguese. Rani led the visit in English, introduced every space and every teacher, and the family came back the following week to enrol.

Another family arrived in Brazil worried about cultural differences. The conversation was informal, about settling in and expectations, and the family chose the school.
